Harassment has taken center stage in recent months, with many large corporations and celebrities coming under fire. Underlying or predictive behaviors leading to harassment include bullying and mobbing. Building a respectful culture where employees feel safe and respected - one where bullies are not tolerated - is key to becoming an employer of choice and to avoiding legal action. In this class, we'll examine both the human and legal aspects of bullying, mobbing, and harassment as well as how they impact motivation, productivity, employee and organizational health.
